Abstract
MÉTODO DE CAPEAMENTO DE RNA ENZIMÁTICO. Trata-se de um método para capeamento eficiente de RNA in vitro. Em algumas modalidades, a reação de capeamento pode ser feita a alta temperatura usando enzima de capeamento de Vaccinia ou uma variante da mesma. Em outras modalidades, as reações de capeamento podem compreender uma enzima de capeamento de um vírus grande de ameba, por exemplo, Faustovirus, mimivírus ou moumouvírus, ou uma variante da mesma. Composições e kits para praticar o método também são fornecidos.
