receptores de células t e métodos de uso dos mesmos. a presente invenção refere-se aos receptores de células t recombinantes capazes de ligar um epítopo mage-a2 e moléculas de ácido nucleico que codificam os mesmos. em alguns aspectos, as moléculas de ácido nucleico compreendem ainda uma segunda sequência de nucleotídeos, em que a segunda sequência de nucleotídeos ou o polipeptídeo codificado pela segunda sequência de nucleotídeos inibe a expressão de um tcr endógeno. outros aspectos da invenção são dirigidos a vetores que compreendem a molécula de ácido nucleico e células que compreendem o tcr recombinante, a molécula de ácido nucléico, ou o vetor. ainda outros aspectos da invenção são dirigidos a métodos de utilização dos mesmos. em alguns aspectos, os métodos compreendem o tratamento de um câncer em um indivíduo em necessidade do mesmo.
