Abstract

receptores de células t e métodos de uso destes. a presente invenção refere-se a receptores de células t recombinantes capazes de se ligar a um epítopo de tirosinase, um epítopo de maga-a1, um epítopo de mart1, um epítopo de mage-a3 ou um epítopo de ssx2 e moléculas de ácido nucleico que o codificam. em algumas modalidades, as moléculas de ácido nucleico compreendem ainda uma segunda sequência de nucleotídeos, em que a segunda sequência de nucleotídeos ou o polipeptídeo codificado pela segunda sequência de nucleotídeos inibe a expressão de um tcr endógeno. outros aspectos da divulgação são direcionados a vetores que compreendem a molécula de ácido nucleico e células que compreendem o tcr recombinante, a molécula de ácido nucleico ou o vetor. ainda outros aspectos da divulgação são direcionados a métodos para uso destes. em algumas modalidades, os métodos compreendem tratar um câncer em um indivíduo em necessidade deste.
