Abstract

 本発明は、非天然のオリゴマータンパク質を発現する細胞であって、天然のオリゴマータンパク質を構成する少なくとも1つの内在性ポリペプチドに対応する外来性ポリペプチドをコードする遺伝子が導入されており、かつ前記内在性ポリペプチドの発現が抑制されていることを特徴とする細胞を提供する。
