dispositivo de remoção de poeira para resfriamento brusco a seco de coque e método para aumentar a produtividade de vapor da caldeira de resfriamento brusco a seco de coque. a presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo de remoção de poeira para resfriamento brusco a seco de coque e a um método para aumentar a produtividade de vapor de uma caldeira de resfriamento brusco a seco de coque. o gás circulante flui do lado de uma caldeira de resfriamento brusco a seco até o lado de uma caldeira de resfriamento brusco a seco de coque por meio de um removedor de poeira, e, no removedor de poeira, a maior parte do pó de coque no gás circulante se assenta devido à ação da gravidade; o pó de coque assentado cai no interior de um compartimento de pó de coque na parte inferior; o pó de coque coletado pelo compartimento de pó de coque entra em um combustor e é completamente comburido no combustor, e o gás residual quente gerado pela combustão é guiado para o interior do removedor de poeira por meio do compartimento de pó de coque ou guiado para o interior do removedor de poeira por meio de um tubo de gás residual quente fora do combustor; uma grande quantidade de calor é levada ao gás circulante pelo gás residual quente, de forma que mais vapor seja gerado pela subsequente caldeira de resfriamento brusco a seco de coque, desse modo, ganhando maiores benefícios econômicos.
