Abstract
método e planta para craqueamento a vapor. a presente invenção refere-se a um método para reação de um ou mais hidrocarbonetos por craqueamento a vapor, no qual são conduzidas uma ou mais correntes de entrada (f) contendo um ou mais hidrocarbonetos (h), obtendo-se uma ou mais correntes de produto (c), através da uma ou mais zonas de radiação (11) do um ou mais fornos de craqueamento (10), nos quais uma ou mais zonas de radiação (11) são aquecidas pela queima de gás de aquecimento (x) com ar de combustão (l), em que pelo menos um porção do ar de combustão (l) é submetida ao pré-aquecimento do ar de combustão (75) no qual o vapor (s, t) é produzido a partir da água de alimentação (w), e no qual a água de alimentação (w) é submetida ao pré- aquecimento da água de alimentação em uma ou mais zonas de convecção (12) de um ou mais fornos de craqueamento (10). o pré-aquecimento do ar de combustão (75) é realizado pelo menos em parte e/ou pelo menos temporariamente usando o calor retirado de pelo menos parte da água de alimentação (w) a montante do pré-aquecimento de água de alimentação. a presente invenção também se refere a um sistema correspondente.
