Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un ensamble de quemador de arranque para calderas de recuperación que puede mitigar los efectos nocivos del ensuciamiento con masa fundida, interferencia de flujo de aire y exposición del operador al aire caliente que proviene del horno y caja de viento a través del uso de un quemador de arranque extraíble y una cámara de aislamiento acoplada a una caja de viento. La presente invención se refiere a un método para extraer de forma segura un quemador de arranque de una caldera de recuperación activa y a un método para insertar un quemador de arranque extraíble en una caldera de recuperación durante el funcionamiento.
