Abstract

processo para produzir negro de fumo e o reator do forno relacionado. a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para obter uma composição de negro de fumo, preferivelmente de baixa porosidade, compreendendo ou consistindo das etapas a seguir: (a) submeter uma matéria prima de hidrocarboneto no material a um fluxo de temperatura gás de combustão alto, a fim de realizar a decomposição termoquímica, (b) refrigerar os gases de reação e (c) recuperação do negro de fumo desse modo obtido, em que o dito fluxo de gás de combustão consiste de pelo menos um oxidante, e pelo menos um componente de combustível, e pelo menos uma parte do dito oxidante e/ou do dito componente de combustível, é submetida a uma etapa de pré-aquecimento elétrico, antes dele ser introduzido na câmara de pré-combustão, para formar um fluxo de gás de combustão de temperatura alta.
