processo para preparar um polímero, polímero de polibutadieno, e, componente de pneu. são revelados na presente invenção um processo para preparar um polímero de polibutadieno modificado com alto teor de cis, um polímero de polibutadieno modificado, e componentes de pneu produzidos com o uso do polímero de polibutadieno modificado de alto teor de cis. os processos fazem uso de um composto funcionalizante da fórmula (i) para preparar o polibutadieno modificado de alto teor de cis a partir de uma quantidade de monômero de 1,3-butadieno com o uso de um sistema catalisador especificado.
