composição de borracha para aplicações dinâmicas ou estáticas, processo para preparar a mesma e produtos incorporando a mesma. a invenção se refere particularmente a uma composição de borracha reticulável e um processo para preparar a mesma. a composição está fundamentada em um elastômero, compreende um sistema de reticulação e uma fase termoplástica a qual em uma temperatura de fusão tm é dispersa como nódulos e compreende o produto: a) de uma reação na fusão pelo trabalho termomecânico do elastômero e outros ingredientes à parte do sistema, depois b) de trabalho mecânico com adição anterior do sistema. de acordo com a invenção: - o tamanho dos nódulos está entre 10 nm e 10 pm, - a) compreende aquecer a mistura até uma temperatura > tm que é mantida por um tempo de contensão, e o sistema compreende enxofre quando o elastômero é insaturado e a dita fase compreende cadeias saturadas e um peróxido quando o elastômero é saturado.
