cápsula contendo material tal como pó de bebida, especialmente para a preparação de café fermentado. a presente invenção refere-se a uma cápsula, em particular para o preparo de uma bebida a partir de um pó de bebida, mais particularmente para o preparo de café a partir de café moído, pela introdução de água na cápsula, a cápsula compreendendo um corpo de cápsula, que é composto de pelo menos um polissacarídeo e que é enchido com um pó contendo polissacarídeo, onde o corpo da cápsula é totalmente envolvido por pelo menos uma primeira camada de revestimento, onde a pelo menos uma primeira camada de revestimento contém pelo menos um álcool polivinílico e/ou um copolímero de álcool polivinílico.
