ntegração de construções de ácidos nucleicos com células eucarióticas com uma transposase de oryzia. a presente invenção fornece vetores polinucleotídicos para alta expressão de genes heterólogos. alguns vetores compreendem adicionalmente novos transposons e transposases que melhoram ainda mais a expressão. além disso, são divulgados vetores que podem ser usados em um sistema de transferência de genes para a introdução estável de ácidos nucleicos no dna de uma célula. os sistemas de transferência de genes podem ser usados em métodos, por exemplo, expressão gênica, bioprocessamento, terapia gênica, mutagênese por inserção ou descoberta de genes.
