Abstract
produto graxo vegetal sólido à base de azeite de oliva substituto da manteiga ou da margarina e utilização do mesmo. a invenção fornece um produto graxo sólido vegetal cujo ingrediente fundamental é azeite de oliva, de preferência, azeite de oliva extra virgem (aove), sendo que o resto dos ingredientes é manteiga de cacau desodorizada, lecitina de girassol líquida, celulose microcristalina líquida e, nesse caso, estabilizante de mono e diglicerídeos de ácidos graxos de origem vegetal. igualmente se refere ao uso do produto na cozinha e na fabricação de produtos de confeitaria e doceria como substituto da manteiga e da margarina.
