Abstract
processo para produção de uma pluralidade de estruturas compostas. a presente invenção refere-se à produção de estruturas compostas, em que pelo menos um dos componentes a serem juntados é deformado plasticamente em uma prensa radial (r), cuja unidade de controle (6) apresenta um controlador de máquina sps (5) e um módulo de comunicação btle (7) e à qual está associado um aparelho terminal móvel (8) apropriado para comunicação com este último. os aparelhos terminais móveis (8) estão desenhados para instalados para comunicação com um servidor central (10) equipado com uma memória de programa de prensa (11), instalado em outro local de implantação, através de uma rede de dados móvel. nos aparelhos terminais móveis (8) estão armazenados programas de configuração que servem para configuração da respectiva prensa radial associada. a respectiva prensa radial (r) é configurada através do aparelho terminal móvel (8) associado, e isso através de configuração do controlador de máquina sps (5) por meio de um programa de prensa específico, com consideração de dados específicos de programa recuperados do servidor central (10) em relação ao lote através do aparelho terminal móvel (8). o respectivo processo de deformação radial individual é ativado através de meios de ativação (13) dispostos na própria prensa radial (r) dentro do lote em questão.
