Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un método para la producción de estructuras compuestas en el cual se deforma en cada caso plásticamente al menos uno de los componentes que se debería juntar en una prensa radial (R) cuya unidad de control (6) comprende un control de máquina PLC (5) y un módulo de comunicación BTLE (7) y que tiene correlacionada una terminal (8) móvil apropiada para la comunicación con éste. Las terminales (8) móviles están configuradas para la comunicación con un servidor (10) central, instalado en otra ubicación, equipado con una memoria de programa de prensado (11) por medio de una red de datos móvil. En las terminales (8) móviles están guardados unos programas de configuración que sirven para la configuración de la prensa radial (R) correlacionada en cada caso. La respectiva prensa radial (R) es configurada por medio de la terminal (8) móvil correlacionada y, a saber, mediante la configuración del control de máquina PLC (5) mediante un programa de prensado específico tomando en cuenta los datos llamados por la terminal (8) móvil con relación al lote en el servidor (10) central. El respectivo proceso de deformación radial individual se activa dentro del lote en cuestión por medio de unos medios de activación (13) dispuestos en la prensa radial (R) misma.
