Abstract
construto de oligonucleotídeo de fita dupla, nanopartícula, composição farmacêutica e composição cosmética para prevenir a queda de cabelo ou promover o crescimento do cabelo compreendendo os mesmos. a presente invenção trata de um construto de oligonucleotídeo de fita dupla tendo uma estrutura na qual um material hidrofílico e um material hidrofóbico são conjugados por uma ligação covalente simples ou uma ligação covalente mediada por um ligante em ambas as extremidades de um de um oligonucleotídeo de fita dupla para eficientemente liberar um oligonucleotídeo específico do receptor de andrógeno em uma célula, uma nanopartícula que pode ser produzida por automontagem dos construtos de oligonucleotídeo de fita dupla em uma solução aquosa por interação hidrofóbica e composições farmacêuticas e cosméticas para prevenir a perda de cabelo ou para promover o crescimento de cabelo compreendendo o construto de oligonucleotídeo de fita dupla.
