Abstract

Um processo para preparar (co)polímeros de dieno conjugado compreendendo polimerizar pelo menos um dieno conjugado na presença de um sistema catalítico compreendendo: (a)Pelo menos um complexo de ferro de piridila (III) tendo a fórmula geral (I) ou (II): em que: -R1, R2, R3 e R4, idênticos ou diferentes, representam um átomo de hidrogênio; ou são selecionados entre grupos de alquila C1-C20, de preferência C1- C15 lineares ou ramificados, opcionalmente halogenados, grupos de cicloalquila opcionalmente substituídos, grupos de arila opcionalmente substituídos; -R5 representa um átomo de hidrogênio, ou é selecionado entre grupos de alquila C1-C20, de preferência C1-C15 lineares ou ramificados, opcionalmente halogenados, grupos de cicloalquila opcionalmente substituídos, grupos de arila opcionalmente substituídos; -X, idêntico ou diferente, representa um átomo de halogênio como cloro, bromo, iodo: ou são selecionados entre grupos de alquila C1-C20, de preferência C1-C15 lineares ou ramificados, grupos -OCOR6 ou grupos -OR6 em que R6 é selecionado de grupos de alquila C1-C20, de preferência C1-C15 lineares ou ramificados. -n é 3; (b)pelo menos um co-catalisador selecionado entre derivados de organoalumínio, preferivelmente de: (b1)compostos de alumínio tendo a fórmula geral (III): Al(R7)(R8)(R9) (III) em que R7 representa um átomo de hidrogênio, ou é selecionado entre grupos de alquila C1-C20 lineares ou ramificados, grupos de cicloalquila, grupos de arila, grupos de alquil arila, grupos de aril alquila, grupos de alcoxi; R8 e R9, idênticos ou diferentes, são selecionados entre grupos de alquila C1-C20 lineares ou ramificados, grupos de cicloalquila, grupos de arila, grupos de alquil arila, grupos de aril alquila; (b2)aluminoxanos tendo a fórmula geral (IV): (R10)2-Al-O-[-Al(R11)-O-]m-Al-(R12)2 (IV) em que R10, R11 e R12, idênticos ou diferentes, representam um átomo de hidrogênio, ou um átomo de halogenio como, por exemplo, cloro, bromo, iodo, fluor; ou são selecionados entre gruops de alquila C1-C20 ilneares ou ramificados, grupos de cicloalquila, grupos de arila, os gruops sendo opcionalmente subsituídos com um ou mais átomos de silício ou germânio; e m é um número inteiro variando de 0 a 1000; (b3)derivados de organo-alumínio parcialmente hidrolisados; (b4)alquilas de haloalumínio tendo a fórmula geral (V) ou (VI): Al(R13)p(X?)3-p (V) Al2(R13)q(X?)3-q (VI) em que p é 1 ou 2; q é um número inteiro que varia de 1 a 5; R13, idênticos ou diferentes, são selecionados entre grupos de alquila C1-C20 lineares ou ramificados; X' representa um átomo de cloro ou bromo, de preferência cloro; com a condição de que o co-catalisador (b) não é selecionado entre derivados de organo-boro.
