Abstract
método para detectar um ácido nucleico que compreende as seguintes etapas de: a) misturar uma solução contendo um ácido carboxílico e/ou um sal do mesmo, um suporte de óxido de cério e uma amostra contendo um ácido nucleico para adsorver o ácido nucleico ao suporte de óxido de cério, b) separar o suporte de óxido de cério no qual o ácido nucleico foi adsorvido a partir da mistura obtida na etapa a), c) coletar o ácido nucleico adicionando um eluente ao suporte de óxido de cério no qual o ácido nucleico foi adsorvido e que foi separado na etapa b), e d) detectar o ácido nucleico coletado na etapa c) por uma reação de hibridização ou uma reação de amplificação de ácido nucleico.
