Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um processo inovador e aprimorado, contínuo ou em bateladas, preferencialmente contínuo, de produção de materiais de lignocelulose com múltiplas camadas ou camada única, que compreende as etapas de processo de: ia. produção de uma mistura m1; e ib. opcionalmente, uma ou mais misturas m2; ii. dispersão da mistura m1 e de qual(is)quer mistura(s) m2, para gerar uma esteira; iii. opcionalmente, compactação prévia da esteira dispersa; e iv. pressão a quente; em que a mistura m1 compreende as partículas de lignocelulose (componente lcp-1); e, adicionalmente, a. 0,005% a 0,5% em peso de ácido carboxílico orgânico, anidrido carboxílico, cloreto de carbonila ou suas misturas (componente a); b. 0,05% a 3% em peso de isocianatos orgânicos que contêm pelo menos dois grupos de isocianato (componente b); e c. 5% a 15% em peso de aglutinante selecionado a partir do grupo das resinas amino (componente c); d. 0% a 2% em peso de endurecedor (componente d); e e. 0% a 5% em peso de aditivo (componente e); e a(s) mistura(s) m2 compreende(m) as partículas de lignocelulose (componente lcp-2); e, adicionalmente, f. 0% a 0,3% em peso de ácido carboxílico orgânico, anidrido carboxílico, cloreto de carbonila ou suas misturas (componente f); g. 1% a 30% em peso de aglutinante selecionado a partir do grupo que consiste de resina amino, resina fenólica, aglutinante com base em proteína e outros aglutinantes com base em polímeros ou suas misturas (componente g-1) e 0% a 3% em peso de isocianato orgânico que contém pelo menos dois grupos isocianato (componente g-2); h. 0% a 2% em peso de endurecedor (componente h); e i. 0% a 5% em peso de aditivos (componente i).
