Abstract

a presente revelação se refere a um polipeptídeo que tem uma atividade de aciltransferase ou um micro-organismo que inclui o mesmo; uma composição para preparar n-acetil-l-metionina, em que a composição inclui o polipeptídeo ou micro-organismo; e um método para preparar n-acetil-l-metionina com o uso do polipeptídeo ou micro-organismo. adicionalmente, a presente revelação se refere a um polinucleotídeo que codifica o polipeptídeo e um vetor de expressão que inclui o polinucleotídeo. visto que o micro-organismo que inclui uma aciltransferase inovadora de acordo com a presente revelação tem atividade de aciltransferase intensificada, esse micro-organismo pode ser usado de modo eficaz para produzir n-acetil-l-metionina acetilando-se a l-metionina.
