Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para obter líquido de ovo a partir de ovos de aves, compreendendo: - um suporte de ovo para manter fixamente e posicionar esse ovo ao longo do seu eixo principal substancialmente verticalmente, - um dispositivo de abertura de ovo para decapitar esse ovo em ambas as extremidades após ter sido posicionado verticalmente, tendo assim o líquido caindo e a fluindo para baixo em ao menos um reservatório de coleta de líquido disposto por baixo do suporte de ovo, e - um dispositivo de controle para controlar o posicionamento desse ovo e acionar o dito dispositivo de abertura e o dito suporte de ovo, enquanto a invenção também compreende um método para coletar líquido de ovo a partir de ovos de aves, o método para cada ovo compreendendo as seguintes etapas subsequentes, - segurar o ovo substancialmente em ambos os lados do ovo paralelamente ao seu eixo principal, onde o ovo é posicionado substancialmente verticalmente ao longo do seu eixo principal, - decapitar o ovo em ambas as extremidades, e - soprar de cima para tal extremidade para impulsionar o líquido a fluir e cair em ao menos um reservatório de coleta de líquido. este dispositivo e esse método são projetados para construir um sistema para coletar líquido de ovo a partir de ovos de aves. verificou-se que, aplicando esta invenção, bons resultados são obtidos na coleta de líquido de ovo, fornecendo parâmetros de processamento de líquido de ovo muito vantajosos e higiene adequada.
