Abstract

são fornecidos um novo derivado do ácido piridonacarboxílico ou um sal deste tendo um excelente efeito em bactérias tais como staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa e clostridium difficile resistentes à meticilina e não sendo suscetível a bombas de efluxo de fármacos, e um agente antimicrobiano compreendendo o mesmo. um derivado do ácido piridonacarboxílico representado pela fórmula (1), em que r1 é um átomo de hidrogênio, um átomo de halogênio, um grupo alquila inferior ou um grupo amino; r2 é um grupo -nh-r6, em que r6 é um átomo de hidrogênio, um grupo alquila inferior, um grupo alquila inferior amino ou semelhantes; um grupo -o-r7, em que r7 é um átomo de hidrogênio, um grupo alquila inferior ou semelhantes; um grupo -(ch2)m-r8, em que r8 é um grupo amino ou semelhantes e m é um número inteiro de 1 a 4); ou um grupo amino cíclico representado pela seguinte fórmula (2), em que y representa nh ou c-r9ar9b, em que r9a e r9b são independentemente átomo de hidrogênio, um grupo alquila inferior, um grupo amino, um grupo amino alquila inferior ou semelhantes; e n e p são um número inteiro de 1 ou 2; r3 é um átomo de hidrogênio, um átomo de halogênio, um grupo alquila inferior ou semelhantes; r4 é um átomo de hidrogênio ou um grupo carboxila-grupo protetor; e r5 é um átomo de hidrogênio ou um grupo hidroxila-grupo protetor; ou um sal deste.
