Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um método para produzir uma solução de poliacrilamida com viscosidade aumentada. em particular, a presente invenção está relacionada com a separação de um biocatalisador de uma solução aquosa de acrilamida preparada utilizando o biocatalisador antes da polimerização da solução aquosa de acrilamida em poliacrilamida. uma solução de poliacrilamida com viscosidade aumentada é bem apropriada para ser usada em recuperação terciária de petróleo. consequentemente, o presente pedido provê meios e métodos para melhorar de modo crucial a qualidade de soluções de poliacrilamida para uso na recuperação terciária de petróleo.
