Abstract
a invenção está relacionada a um método para a imobilização de biomoléculas que contêm pelo menos um grupo sulfidrila, cujo método compreende o contato de uma superfície metálica modificada com a biomolécula, a irradiação da superfície resultante com radiação uv na presença de um fotoiniciador, em que a referida superfície metálica é modificada com um composto reticulante que compreende um grupo tiol ou ditiol terminal ligado covalentemente à superfície metálica, um grupo espaçador que, na outra extremidade terminal, está carregando uma ligação dupla ou tripla isolada.
