Abstract

trata-se de uma chapa de aço galvanizada por imersão a quente de alta resistência que tem uma camada galvanizada por imersão a quente em uma chapa de aço de base com uma resistência à tração de pelo menos 590 mpa caracterizada pelo fato de que: a camada chapeada compreende uma camada de protuberâncias de liga que entram em contato com a chapa de aço de base; a densidade de protrusões da camada de protuberâncias de liga por comprimento de unidade da interface entre a chapa de aço de base e a camada chapeada quando visualizada de uma direção em corte transversal é pelo menos 4/mm; o diâmetro máximo na camada de protuberâncias de liga na dita interface não é maior que 100 µm; a chapa de aço de base compreende uma camada refinada que entra em contato direto com a interface entre a chapa de aço de base e a camada chapeada, uma camada descarburizada que entra em contato com a camada refinada e está presente em direção ao interior da chapa de aço de base e uma camada interna diferente da camada refinada e a camada descarburizada; e a camada refinada, camada descarburizada e a camada de protuberâncias de liga têm pelo menos um tipo de óxido de si e mn dentro das camadas.
