Abstract

esta invenção refere-se a um método de aumentar um rendimento de colágeno e ao colágeno preparado desse modo, em que o método, adequado para esterilizar o tecido derivado de animal através de irradiação com raios radioativos sem desnaturação do colágeno e aumentar simultaneamente o rendimento de colágeno, inclui esterilizar o tecido derivado de animal através de irradiação com raios radioativos, lavar e pulverizar o tecido derivado de animal esterilizado, separar o colágeno reagindo-se o tecido pulverizado com uma solução ácida ou uma solução enzimática, extrair o colágeno através de adição de um sal, e remover o sal do colágeno separado, e além disso, em que tecido derivado de animal é irradiado com raios radioativos para remover assim microrganismos e endotoxinas deste, aumentando desse modo a possibilidade de preservação e o rendimento de colágeno sem desnaturação do colágeno, por meio do qual a qualidade e confiabilidade de colágeno pode ser drasticamente melhorada para satisfazer assim diversas necessidades dos usuários, concretizando enfim, a viabilidade melhorada do produto.
