Abstract

é provido um método para produzir flutemetamol incluindo as etapas de: reagir um composto precursor representado por uma fórmula geral predeterminada com um fluoreto radioativo para obter um composto de marcação com 18f representado por uma fórmula geral predeterminada; permitir que uma base forte atue sobre a mistura de reação da etapa acima contendo o composto precursor e o composto de marcação com 18f; após a etapa acima, purificar o composto de marcação com 18f usando um cartucho de extração em fase sólida de fase reversa; e remover um grupo protetor para obter [18f] flutemetamol.
