Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a uma chapa de aço magnético não orientado de acordo com uma modalidade da presente invenção que tem um uma composição componente prescrita, e inclui grãos de ferrita que não contêm estruturas não recristalizadas tendo uma estrutura de 99,0 % de área ou mais. o diâmetro médio de grão de cristal dos grãos de ferrita é 30 a 180 µm. os grãos de ferrita contêm partículas metálicas de cu nos mesmos em uma densidade de 10.000 a 10.000.000 partículas/µm3. as partículas metálicas de cu dentro dos grãos de ferrita incluem: partículas de precipitação tendo uma estrutura de 9r, sendo que as ditas partículas de precipitação têm uma densidade de contagem de 2 a 100%, em relação à densidade de contagem das partículas metálicas de cu; e partículas de precipitação tendo uma estrutura de bcc, sendo que as ditas partículas de precipitação têm uma densidade de contagem de 0 a 98% em relação à densidade de contagem das partículas metálicas de cu. o diâmetro médio de grão das partículas metálicas de cu. o diâmetro médio de grão das partículas metálicas de cu dentro dos grãos de ferrita é 2,0 nm a 10,0 nm.
