a presente invenção refere-se a uma protease altamente ativa que pode ser usada na preparação da amostra para espectrometria de massa de uma proteína e tem excelente estabilidade contra uma mudança em um ambiente externo. a presente invenção provê uma protease imobilizada, caracterizada pelo fato de que uma protease purificada cruamente ou uma que não tenha sido submetida a um tratamento de resistência à autodigestão é imobilizada em superfícies de nanopartículas, e provê um método para produzir a protease imobilizada. a protease imobilizada da presente invenção pode manter alta atividade sem ser submetida a uma mudança em um ambiente externo e, portanto, é eficaz, por exemplo, na preparação de uma amostra para ser fornecida por espectrometria de massa de uma proteína em um espécime clínico.
