Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um método e aparelho inovadores para preparar um produto comestível à base de gordura aerado (de preferência microaerado), em particular, um produto de confeitaria, e ao uso de semeadura para promover a nucleação de bolhas em uma massa comestível à base de gordura compreendendo gás dissolvido sob pressão e/ou resfriamento para se obter um teor de gordura sólida de ao menos 10%, em peso, do total da massa de gordura.
