Abstract

trata-se desse método de determinação que compreende as etapas que consistem em fornecer um vaso de reação (2) que contém uma amostra sanguínea (33) e uma esfera ferromagnética (11) colocada sobre uma via (9) fornecida no fundo do vaso de reação (2), submeter a esfera (11) a um campo magnético com a finalidade de mover a esfera ao longo da via (9) em um movimento oscilante, expor a amostra sanguínea a um feixe de luz incidente (36), detectar um feixe de luz (38) transmitido através do vaso de reação (2) e proveniente do feixe de luz incidente (36) de tal modo a fornecer um sinal de medição, executar um primeiro processamento do sinal de medição de tal modo a fornecer um primeiro sinal representativo da variação de pelo menos uma quantidade física representativa do movimento da esfera (11), executar um segundo processamento do sinal de medição de tal modo a fornecer um segundo sinal representativo da variação de pelo menos uma propriedade óptica da amostra sanguínea, determinar um primeiro valor do tempo de coagulação da amostra sanguínea a partir do primeiro sinal e determinar um segundo valor do tempo de coagulação da amostra sanguínea do segundo sinal.
