Abstract

Sposób detekcji obróconych, niezamkniętych w materiale owijkowym segmentów przemieszczanych w ciągu segmentów jeden za drugim w maszynie stosowanej w przemyśle tytoniowym, w którym stosuje się źródło promieniowania do oświetlania segmentów i odbiornik promieniowania odbitego od segmentów i w którym za pomocą układu sterującego generuje się sygnał błędu w przypadku wykrycia segmentu obróconego, charakteryzuje się tym, że przemieszczający się ciąg segmentów oświetla się wiązką promieniowania laserowego (12) tak, że na każdym segmencie powstaje świetlny profil segmentu, którego obraz rejestruje się za pomocą odbiornika promieniowania (108), przy czym profil powstały na każdym segmencie porównuje się z określonym profilem odniesienia za pomocą układu analizującego (112) i w każdym przypadku wykrycia różnicy między profilem zarejestrowanym a wspomnianym profilem odniesienia generuje się sygnał błędu. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też urządzenie do realizacji sposobu i maszyna zawierająca takie urządzenie.
