Abstract

Tütün endüstrisinde kullanılan bir makinede birbiri ardına taşınan sarılı olmayan bir segmentler dizisinde dönmüş segmentlerin tespit edilmesine yönelik bir yöntem olup, yöntem, segmentleri aydınlatmak için bir radyasyon kaynağının ve segmentler tarafından yansıtılan radyasyonun bir alıcısının kullanımını içermekte, bu yöntem ayrıca, dönmüş bir segmentin tespit edilmesi durumunda bir kontrol ünitesi vasıtasıyla bir hata sinyali üretilmesini de içermektedir. Taşınan segmentler dizisi bir lazer ışını ile aydınlatılır, böylece her bir segmentte ışık profili oluşturulur, söz konusu ışık profilinin bir görüntüsü, radyasyon alıcısı vasıtasıyla kaydedilir ve her bir segmentte oluşturulan ışık profili, bir analiz ünitesi vasıtasıyla, tanımlanmış bir referans profil ile karşılaştırılır ve kaydedilen ışık profili ile söz konusu referans profil arasında bir farkın tespit edildiği her durumda bir hata sinyali üretilir.Buluşun yöntemini uygulamak için bir cihaz ve böyle bir cihazı içeren bir makinedir.
