Abstract

a invenção se refere a um processo de desidratação isomerizante de uma carga, que compreende o álcool primário substituído em posição 2 por um grupamento alquila, no qual a carga é aquecida à temperatura de reação por troca de calor indireto, depois vaporização por mistura com um efluente diluente, essa carga diluída e vaporizada sendo desidratada em pelo menos um reator de desidratação que opera em fase gás a uma temperatura na entrada compreendida entre 250 e 375°c, a uma pressão compreendida entre 0,2 mpa e 1 mpa e a uma pph compreendida entre 1 e 18 h-1, em presença de um catalisador que compreende uma zeólita que compreende pelo menos uma série de canais, cuja abertura é definida por um anel com 8 átomos de oxigênio (8mr), e um ligante, esse catalisador sofrendo previamente processo de coquefação in-situ ou ex-situ de maneira a produzir um efluente de desidratação, este sendo tratado e separado em um efluente diluente, um efluente alcenos e um efluente hidrocarbonetos pesados.
