Claims (10)

1. Способ получения углеродного материала, включающий:
стадию смешения беззольного угля, полученного с помощью обработки угля сольвентной экстракцией, и беззольного угольного кокса, полученного путем деструктивной перегонки беззольного угля, в результате чего получают смесь,
стадию горячего формования смеси, в результате чего получают формованный материал, и
стадию карбонизации данного формованного материала.
2. Способ получения углеродного материала по п.1, в котором содержание беззольного угля в смеси на стадии смешения составляет 5% по массе или более и 35% по массе или менее.
3. Способ получения углеродного материала по п.1 или 2, в котором, если температура начала размягчения беззольного угля обозначается как Т1 (°С), то температура нагрева смеси на стадии горячего формования составляет не меньше, чем (T1+20)°С и не более 300°С.
4. Способ получения углеродного материала по п.1, в котором стадия карбонизации включает стадию карбонизации формованного материала и стадию графитизации формованного материала, который был карбонизирован.
5. Углеродный материал, содержащий беззольный уголь, полученный с помощью обработки угля сольвентной экстракцией, в котором:
доля микроструктуры, имеющей размер не более чем размер мозаики с крупным размером зерна в оптически анизотропной микроструктуре, составляет 90% или более.
6. Углеродный материал по п. 5, полученный путем карбонизации формованного материала, полученного путем горячего формования смеси беззольного угля и беззольного угольного кокса, полученного путем деструктивной перегонки беззольного угля.
