Abstract

unidade de processamento enzimático para processamento enzimático à base de fluxo contínuo de moléculas orgânicas, que compreende uma área de processamento enzimático, em que a área de processamento enzimático compreende um cano de geração de turbulência com linha central em mudança repetitiva e/ou uma seção transversal em mudança repetitiva, para a geração de turbulência para misturar uma mistura de reação e prevenir sedimentação de partículas enquanto a mistura de reação flui através do cano de geração de turbulência, e em que a unidade de processamento enzimático e a área de processamento enzimático são ajustadas de tal modo que a mistura de reação é sujeita à turbulência dentro da área de processamento enzimático por um tempo de reação de 15 minutos ou mais.
