Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a uma célula solar que é provida, em uma superfície traseira de um substrato semicondutor de um primeiro tipo de condutividade, em que o dito substrato semicondutor tem uma região do primeiro tipo de condutividade e uma região de um segundo tipo de condutividade na superfície traseira que fica no lado reverso de uma superfície de recepção de luz, com um primeiro eletrodo de dedo que é composto de uma primeira parte de contato e uma primeira parte do coletor, um segundo eletrodo de dedo que é composto de uma segunda parte de contato e uma segunda parte do coletor, um primeiro eletrodo de barramento e um segundo eletrodo de barramento. essa célula solar é provida com uma película isolante em pelo menos toda a área imediatamente sob o primeiro eletrodo de barramento e o segundo eletrodo de barramento; em que a primeira parte do coletor e o primeiro eletrodo de barramento são eletricamente conectados um ao outro na película isolante. a primeira parte de contato e a segunda parte de contato são contínuas em uma linha pelo menos imediatamente sob a película isolante. consequentemente, a presente invenção provê uma célula solar que tem uma ampla região de passivação, uma baixa resistência da fiação, uma alta resistência paralela e uma alta eficiência de conversão, e também provê um método de manufatura de célula solar que permite a produção de tal célula solar a um baixo custo.
