Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se à expressão e otimização de enzimas envolvidas na degradação da biomassa lignocelulósica. a presente invenção refere-se especificamente a variantes da exoglucanase 1 de trichoderma reesei, bem como à utilização das referidas variantes com uma eficiência melhorada em métodos para quebrar a celulose e para produzir biocombustíveis.
