Abstract

1.- Una variante de celulasa aislada, en donde la citada variante es una forma madura que tiene actividad de celulasa e incluye una sustitución en una o más posiciones seleccionadas del grupo conformado por 63, 77, 129, 147, 153, 157, 161, 194, 197, 203, 237, 239, 247, 254, 281, 285, 288, 289, 294, 327, 339, 344, 356, 378, y 382, en donde las posiciones se numeran por correspondencia con la secuencia de aminoácidos de una celobiohidrolasa II (CBK2) de referencia divulgada como SEQ ID NO:3, y en donde la sustitución en una o más posiciones hace que la variante de celulasa tenga una carga neta más negativa en comparación con la CBH2 de referencia.
