a invenção refere-se a variantes inovadoras de endoglucanases fúngicas, à produção e a meios para a produção das mesmas. especialmente, a invenção refere-se a variantes de acremonium ther-mophilum cel45a. a invenção refere-se adicionalmente a preparações de enzima e composições detergentes que compreendem pelo menos uma endoglucanase variante inovadora, bem como a processos para tratar o material celulósico com as mesmas. os polipeptídeos de endoglucanase variante inovadora melhoraram o desempenho em aplicações têxteis, especialmente em bioacabamento e bioestonagem, e em aplicações de detergente, em cuidados com o pano e manutenção de cor, especialmente no impedimento e remoção de cotão e esférulas, em reavivamento e cuidado com a cor.
