Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a nova nitrila hidratase melhorada com maior resistência a compostos de amida sob altas temperaturas. especificamente é fornecida uma nitrila hidratase tendo pelo menos um aminoácido selecionado de (a) a (d) abaixo, na sequência de aminoácidos expressada em seq id no:50 (x1 a x27 representam resíduos de aminoácidos arbitrariamente definidos independentes). (a) x1 é valina ou glicina, (b) x9 é valina ou treonina, (c) x23 é um aminoácido selecionado a partir de um grupo composto de isoleucina, leucina, metionina e treonina, (d) x24 é leucina.
