Abstract
En la presente se reporta una región Fc de la clase IgG que comprende un primero polipéptido de la región Fc variante y un segundo polipéptido de la región Fc variante, en donde el primer polipéptido de la región Fc variante se deriva de un primer polipéptido de la región Fc de la clase IgG progenitora y el segundo polipéptido de la región Fc variante se deriva de un segundo polipéptido de la región Fc de la clase IgG progenitora, por lo cual el primer polipéptido de la región Fc de la clase IgG progenitora es idéntico o diferente al segundo polipéptido de la región Fc de la clase IgG progenitora, y el primer polipéptido de la región Fc variante difiere del segundo polipéptido de la región Fc variante en uno o más residuos de aminoácido diferentes a los residuos de aminoácido en donde el primer polipéptido de la región Fc de la clase IgG progenitora difiere del segundo polipéptido de la región Fc de la clase IgG progenitora, y la región Fc de la clase IgG que comprende el primer polipéptido de la región Fc variante y el segundo polipéptido de la región Fc variante tiene una afinidad con un receptor Fc humano que es diferente del de una región Fc de la clase IgG que comprende el primer polipéptido de la región Fc de la clase IgG progenitora de a) y el segundo polipéptido de la región Fc de la clase IgG progenitora de a).
