Abstract
?sistemas, métodos e dispositivos para retransmissões flexíveis? trata-se de um processo de solicitação de repetição automática híbrida (harq) que permite que uma retransmissão seja enviada em uma portadora (ou meio, conjunto de frequências, banda, etc.) diferente da portadora na qual as transmissões anteriores (transmissão inicial e/ou retransmissões) foram enviadas. um processo de harq aprimorado pode melhorar o desempenho de sistema através do auxílio ao rendimento de usuário, rendimento de sistema e desempenho de atraso realizando-se as retransmissões possíveis mesmo quando a banda não licenciada não está disponível (por exemplo, quando está ocupada por outros rats ou pelo mesmo rat empregado por outro operador). por exemplo, um transmissor envia um subpacote em uma banda não licenciada. o receptor retroalimenta um nack para o transmissor devido à falha de decodificação de pacote. se o meio não estiver ocioso, o transmissor envia a retransmissão em outra banda ou outro canal que pode ser uma banda/canal licenciado(a) ou outra banda/canal não licenciado(a). a retransmissão pode ser enviada em múltiplo(a)s bandas/canais licenciado(a)s e/ou não licenciado(a)s ao mesmo tempo.
