Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a uma mistura de polialquil siloxanos que curam em temperaturas comparavelmente baixas de cerca de 170oc enquanto sendo não reativos sob condições ambientes durante estocagem ou transporte e que são obteníveis através de uma reação de hidrossililação onde uma mistura de olefinas etilenicamente insaturadas consistindo em 1-100% de um ou mais polienos tendo uma ligação dupla terminal que é monossubstituída ou dissubstituída geminada e uma ou mais ligações duplas tri- ou tetrassubstituídas, onde a dita ligação dupla terminal e a dita uma ou mais ligações duplas tri- ou tetrassubstituídas são preferivelmente não conjugadas, e 0-99% em mol de olefinas monoinsaturadas com 6 a 15 átomos de carbono são reagidos com uma quantidade de um ou mais polialquil hidrossiloxanos na presença de um catalisador de hidrossililação. além disso, a presente invenção refere-se a composições baseadas em água apropriadas para uso em processos de fundição de metal como um agente de liberação de molde compreendendo uma mistura de polialquil siloxanos da invenção e um tensoativo não iônico tendo um valor hlb de pelo menos 8. em adição, a presente invenção refere-se ao uso dos polialquil siloxanos e misturas de polialquil siloxanos como aqui definidas.
