Abstract

FOLHA OU BLOCO BRUTO PRÉ-REVESTIDO, BLOCO BRUTO SOLDADO, PARTE OBTIDA POR AUSTENITIZAÇÃO, MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO PARA UMA PARTE ENDURECIDA E MÉTODO PARA A FABRICAÇÃO DE UM BLOCO BRUTO SOLDADO. Esta invenção se refere a uma folha ou bloco bruto pré-revestido que compreende um substrato de aço para tratamento de calor, sobreposto em pelo menos uma parte de pelo menos uma de suas faces principais, por um pré-revestimento que tem pelo menos uma camada de alumínio ou liga de alumínio sobreposta em pelo menos uma parte do pré-revestimento mencionado acima, por uma camada polimerizada que tem uma espessura entre 2 e 30 micrometro composta por um polímero que não contém silício, e cujo teor de nitrogênio é maior que 1% em peso expresso em relação à camada mencionada acima, em que a camada polimerizada mencionada acima contém pigmentos de carbono em uma quantidade entre 3 e 30% em peso, expresso em relação à dita camada.
