Abstract
a invenção relaciona-se a um método para produção de poliuretanos, em que (a) poliisocianato, (b) compostos poliméricos tendo grupos que são reativos com isocianatos, (c) catalisadores, (d) compostos de enxofre-carbono, selecionados do grupo que consiste em derivados de ácido sulfínico, de acordo com a fórmula geral (i), e/ou derivados de ácido sulfônico, de acordo com a fórmula geral (ii), em que r1 e r2 podem ser os mesmos ou diferentes e cada um representa qualquer grupo de hidrocarboneto substituído ou não-substituído, contanto que o átomo de carbono que é ligado ao átomo de enxofre seja um átomo de carbono alifático, e, opcionalmente, (e) um propulsor, (f) um extensor de cadeia e/ou agentes de reticulação e (g) agentes auxiliares e/ou aditivos são misturados na mistura de reação, e se permite que a mistura de reação reaja completamente no poliuretano. a invenção diz respeito, ainda, a poliuretanos que tenham sido produzidos de acordo com tal método e ao uso de tais poliuretanos no compartimento interno de meios de transporte.
