a presente invenção refere-se aos receptores quiméricos que se ligam a porção fc de imunoglobulina humana e liberam sinais de ativação. o receptor quimérico da presente invenção pode compreender um domínio de ligação ao ligante extracelular de f158 fcgr3a ou da variante v158 fcgr3a, a dobradiça e os domínios transmembrana de cd8a e um domínio citoplasmático que compreende um domínio de sinalização de cd3¿ e 4-1bb. o receptor quimérico da presente invenção tem alta afinidade por rituximab, trastuzumab e hu14.18k322a e outros anticorpos terapêuticos, tornando-o útil para aumentar a eficácia da terapia com anticorpo contra vários cânceres.
