Abstract

PNEU RADIAL COM ESTRUTURA DE CINTA MAIS LEVE. Pneu radial notadamente para veículo de turismo ou caminhonete, com estrutura de cinta mais leve (10) que compreende um laminado compósito multicamada (10a, 10b, 10c) de construção específica, com uma primeira camada (10a) de borracha (C1) reforçada por monofilamentos têxteis circunferenciais 9110) de preferência pouco termorretráteis, por exemplo feitos de nylon ou feitos de poliéster, essa primeira camada encimando radialmente (de acordo com a direção Z) duas outras camadas (10b, 10c) de borracha (respectivamente C2, C3) reforçadas por monofios (120, 130) feitos de aço de alta resistência; esse laminado compósito multicamada permite diminuir o peso e a resistência à rodagem dos pneus, sem prejudicar a rigidez de deriva e portanto o comportamento de estrada, ao mesmo tempo em que oferece uma resistência em rodagem equivalente.
