Abstract

PNEUMÁTICO COM ESTRUTURA DE CINTA TORNADA MAIS LEVE. Pneu radial notadamente para veículo de passeio ou camionete, de estrutura de cinta tornada mais leve (10) comportando um estratificado compósito multicamada (10a, 10b, 10c) de construção específica, com uma primeira camada (10a) de borracha (C1) comportando reforços têxteis circunferenciais (110) termorretráteis de poliéster, por exemplo, de PET ou PEN, esta primeira camada encimando radialmente (ao longo da direção Z) duas outras camadas (10b, 10c) de borracha (respectivamente C2, C3) reforçadas com monofios (120, 130) de aço de alta resistência; este estratificado compósito multicamada permite diminuir o peso e a resistência à rodagem dos pneus, sem prejudicar a rigidez nas curvas e, portanto, o comportamento na estrada, oferecendo ao mesmo tempo uma durabilidade em rodagem pelo menos igual se não melhorada.
