Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um método para processar soluções de mgcl2 que compreende as etapas de: fornecer uma solução aquosa que compreende 5 a 25 % em peso de mgcl2 e contaminantes opcionalmente orgânicos para uma etapa de evaporação, em que a água e, onde presente, os componentes orgânicos são evaporados; retirar uma solução aquosa com uma concentração de mgcl2 de 25 a 35 % em peso de uma etapa de evaporação e fornecer a mesma a um pré-concentrador onde a mesma entra em contato com uma corrente de gás que contém hcl com uma temperatura de pelo menos 300 ºc; fornecer uma solução aquosa com uma concentração de mgcl2 de 35 a 45% em peso que resulta do pré-concentrador para um reator de termo-hidrólise, sendo que o reator está a uma temperatura de pelo menos 300 ºc; retirar mgo do reator de termo-hidrólise na forma sólida e retirar uma corrente de gás que contém hcl do reator de termo-hidrólise, sendo que a dita corrente de gás que contém hcl tem uma temperatura de pelo menos 300 ºc; fornecer a corrente de gás que contém hcl com uma temperatura de pelo menos 300 ºc ao pré-concentrador; retirar uma corrente de gás que contém hcl com uma temperatura de, no máximo, 150 ºc, a partir do pré-concentrador. verificou-se que o processo, de acordo com a invenção, pode ser integrado em um processo de fermentação de tal modo que um processo estável e eficiente seja obtido.
